Ok, if you didn't live with me in the 1980's this post might not mean much to you. But I gotta show this to my family! I was downloading some music the other day and starting reminiscing about the 80's. So I got on You Tube and was watching old shows and cartoons and then found some computer games. Check out this one and this one! We played these on our Commodore 128.
Isn't that funny? The sites and sounds are still so fresh in my mind and that was over 20 years ago. Do you guys remember?

Oh. My. Goodness. That is so cool!!
Thank you for finding this. It was awesome!! I just had this rush of childhood memories rush over me. Now if only we could find a youtube video of the Olympic games.
AGGGHHH! I remember those so well and I wouldn't have even been that old. Tom and I were both agreeing that we loved Pitfall... but that was on Atari. Who loved Wizard so much? Was it Jenny or you Susan? I remember someone playing Wizard all the time! Or maybe it was me! Who knows.
PS: Smurfs is coming ot on DVD (or it already did). I totally want to get it!
I found the videos slightly disturbing myself. I got tense just watching them. Like I had played them over and over to the point of insanity just a few weeks ago. What was also disturbing was how good the person in the videos was. I always sucked at those games. Who even thought up a game where you jump over robots with zappy eyeballs, and then search through a lamp or couch to find stuff?? It is amazing to see how little the graphics have changed since then though.
