Are you watching the Elympics?

I recently found this poem printed in a newspaper from 1922. I really liked it, so I saved it and was just printing it out today. I couldn't help but think how fitting this is at this time (with the Olympics going on).

It's all in the State of Mind

If you think you are beaten, you are:
If you think you dare not, you won't
If you like to win, but don't think you can
It's almost certain you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost;
For out in the world you'll find
Success begins with a fellow's will;
It's all in a state of mind.
For many a game is lost,
Ere even a play is run,
And many a coward fails
Ere even his work begun.
Think big and your deeds will grow,
Think small and you'll fall behind;
Think that you CAN and you WILL;
It's all in a state of mind.
If you think you are out-classed, you are;
You've got to think high to rise;
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the fellow who thinks he can.

I've been enjoying watching the Olympics each night. It's throwing off my sleep schedule slightly, but it sure has been exciting. Elizabeth has been getting into it as well. I only wish it was on earlier, so she could see a little more. She always wants to watch every night before bed. It was cute, she kept calling it the "Eeeelympics". My favorites are track and field (go figure) and swimming - gotta love Michael's 8 for 8. What do you guys like to watch?

We started pretty strong watching the Games, but then somehow life just got in the way! My favorite is the swimming events.
