What I did this weekend

Each Christmas season as I walk by the pre-made gingerbread houses, they call out my name and tell me they would be so much easier. But, NOOOOO, I have to satisfy my desire to make a bigger and better gingerbread house each year. So after way too many hours of planning, buying supplies, preparing, baking, assembling (with a near structural collapse due to a faulty icing recipe), decorating, and candy eating, my gingerbread "colonial" house is pictured below. (I was going for a colorful house this year). Elizabeth created her own house as well and Katherine decorated the gingerbread men. We had so much fun!

Nice bridge. I'd expect nothing less. You put our box kit house to shame.

I would expect nothing less from an engineer. :)

I was thinking awhile ago,"We should have a gingerbread house contest with the Andersen siblings this year." Nevermind that, YOU WIN!!!
Very awesome!

Great gingerbread house, and I liked the work of the interns as well.
